We do know that sometimes, things don't go exactly to plan. So if for any reason you're not happy with anything you've bought from us, please don’t worry. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to inform us of your intention to return or exchange.

 

 

Returns FAQ's

I want to cancel and my order hasn't dispatched yet - If you change your mind about your purchase you can cancel your order within 14 days for a full refund.

I want to cancel, my order has been dispatched but I haven't received it yet - This will need to be returned to us through the method stated below. The packaging should not have been opened. In this instance a full refund (minus original postage costs) will be made within 14 days of us receiving your order back.

Do EYRA cover return postage costs?  - Only if your item is proven to be defective. If you believe your item is faulty then please contact us and request a shipping label. If you choose to ship this back to us by other means (Royal Mail Special Delivery for example) we will not cover this cost unless pre authorised.

Any accidental damage by the customer can not be paid for by us. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

To Return an item:

1. Email us with your intention to return: CLICK HERE

2. Securely package up any products that you wish to return and ensure that all items are unworn, in 'as new' condition with all swing tags attached.

3. Ship the items back to us at the address below:

    Please note: We advise you to return all items to us using recorded and insured post, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to any items being returned.

      Please be aware any items must be returned to us within 14 days of the returns request being sent.

      4. Once we have received the item back in saleable condition with all the tags attached we can refund your order. Please be aware that we will not refund the original shipping charges in any instance, other than an item being proved to be faulty.

      5. We will then process the refund and send you an email notification within 14 days. Once the payment has been processed it can take 3-5 working days for you to see it in your bank.

      To Exchange an item

      You may be eligible to exchange an item should you need to change the item for a colour or size exchange.

      Please note: that EYRA is not obliged to agree to make any exchange and is entitled to treat any attempted exchange of goods as a simple return. Notwithstanding the above, any exchanges are subject to availability.

      In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item or items must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it or they were received by you, defining this condition as: new, unworn, unaltered; displayed in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

      How to:

      1. Email us with your exchange request: CLICK HERE
      1. We will respond to confirm or deny whether exchange is available.

        Saleable Condition definition

        An item that is deemed as saleable condition will be

        • As new, unaltered with all tags and labels intact and displayed in original packaging.
        • Will not have any odours present such as smoke/body odours.
        • Will not have any signs of being used for intended purpose.

        Basically, Treat the item as you would want to receive it. Thank you 

         

        Ordering from Foreign Territories
